Start as you mean to go on. If you are always consistent you will avoid confusing your puppy.
Puppies have a very short attention span to train for short periods on a regular basis.
Keep it short, keep it simple and keep it fun.
Dogs respond better to cheerful voices.
Gently playing with your dog builds a strong bond between you.
Keep your training interesting and use a wide range of rewards for your dog; food treats, games, fuss, praise, etc.
Be patient. Give your puppy time to develop the metal capacity to remember everything that you are teaching him. He’s not going to get it right all the time, every time, so keep repeating exercises in short lessons.
